In making the IT department more cost effective and the company current to client needs Eminent introduced electronic funeral programs. The digital programs were placed on the company domain under the surname of the deceased to be shared as a link via the popular messaging service Whatsapp. We included google maps links to each of the locations for a funeral in order for guests to get to the correct destination. By doing so prints of physical copies decreased substantially saving thousands in costs weekly. We also included a condolence message section for attendees to offer words to the family.
