Eminent was able to centralize the IT management by establishing an IT department with the hiring of experienced, qualified technicians that were managed by Eminent until the department was fully functional with 3 tier staff. Eminent found established services providers that provide hardware and software at bulk prices and established the SOP for the department. The Server was later commissioned to secure the data before it is safely moved off the 12 major outlets.
